Worcester, Massachusetts, August 2012 – For John Deere Gator owners who enjoy using their UTV in all climate conditions, Curtis Industries LLC has unveiled its newest addition to the PathPro line of cab enclosure systems for the HPX/XUV series of utility vehicles. The all new steel cab enclosure mounts directly to the vehicles factory OPS without the need for additional equipment.
The new PathPro cab system (part number 1GTRXUVAS) for the John Deere Gator XUV/HPX series utility vehicles offers improved ventilation with the use of wide, dual sliding windows in both the doors and rear panel, providing maximum airflow from all angles. Unlike an all-glass cab system, the flexible flow-through ventilation eliminates any “greenhouse” effect to driver and passenger, keeping the interior of the cab cool and comfortable in all seasons.
Its durable, venting glass windshield is manufactured with double-strength reinforced laminated glass and meets DOT safety recommendations. This alleviates shattering on impact from branches or debris. The laminated windshield offers a locking, venting position and includes a heavy-duty 12v wiper.
The cab options include a tuck-away, hot-water heater that is discreetly mounted and provides flexible outlet options including defrost. A full range of work lights, safety beacons, mirrors and snow & ice equipment are also available. The cab is available with or without doors giving customers purchasing options.
With over 40 years of American manufacturing experience, this cab is constructed with top quality materials for durability and offers superior performance that will withstand a lifetime of utility for a host of applications. In addition to installation time cut in half from previous designs, this cab offers functionality to all new and used HPX and full size XUV vehicles with the factory OPS.
