First Day Exploration

Bramwell, WV –  Founded in 1888.  Known as The Millionaires town, founded by the coal industry with historical mansions previously owned by the barons of the coal boom. Where lavishly built mansions hosted ballrooms and full-size homes as playhouses for their kids.

FACT: It was once home to more millionaires per capita than anywhere in the nation.

Stop by at the Bramwell Cafe for lunch or visit the rail depot museum to learn more about town built by King Coal.
