Georgia Court of Appeals Reverses Trail Court Ruling Regarding Yamaha Rhino, Orders Judgement for Yamaha

With Ruling in McTaggart vs Yamaha, Yamaha Now Victorious in all Rhino Cases that have Gone to Trial

CYPRESS, Calif. – NOVEMBER 15, 2011 – The Court of Appeals of Georgia today unanimously reversed a trial court’s May 2010 decision in favor of plaintiffs and ordered judgment for Yamaha in McTaggart vs Yamaha, a case involving an accident on a Yamaha Rhino. The Court of Appeals’ decision means that courts in all nine cases that have gone to trial have rejected plaintiffs' claims and found in favor of Yamaha.Yamaha stands firmly behind the Rhino and will continue to vigorously defend the product. Changing an Axle on the Can-Am Commander

If you’ve got either a dirt toy or a band with an Axle in it, sooner or later you’re going to have problems. Just ask Slash and the other guys from Guns-N-Roses. Recently, when we came limping back to the shop with our Can-Am Commander, we had a dysfunctional axle of our own. Luckily for us, our axle problems were much easier to solve than those of Slash and the boys, and the only therapy needed was a little help from the guys at Gorilla Axle.
